Scarab Tri-Fold Cutter
The ASP Scarab® Cutter presents the first compact, easily carried, lightweight cutter specifically designed for disposable restraints. The tool employs compound leverage that will safely sever restraints that have been applied to a subject without presenting a weapon that can be used against the officer. A split ring is included for convenient attachment to a keyring or tactical bag.
