Raptor Light

If you’re in situations when you need to turn night into day, the Raptor is the light to grab. It’s a strategic-purpose light that puts out nearly 2000 lumens of brilliant white LED light, but with the flexibility to drop down to a programmable secondary mode - 15 or 300 lumens, or strobe. In keeping with ASP's emphasis on intuitive design and simplicity in their law enforcement tools and training, activation is via a single pressure switch on the tail cap - press once to activate the primary/high setting, twice (“Double Tap”) to activate the user-programmed alternate level. Setting the secondary light level takes just seconds―simply twist the bezel open to activate programming mode, tap the gray selector button to cycle through the levels until you reach your chosen setting, and twist the bezel closed to lock it in. A 3-position twist selector on the tail cap allows activation in intermittent or constant-on modes, or switch lockout to avoid inadvertent battery drain.

Dual Fuel technology means you'll never be without a power source―it runs with either a rechargeable 18650 battery (included) or 2 CR123A primary (single use) cells, sold separately. The 18650 battery charges inside the flashlight, using the supplied cord, or any micro USB phone/electronics charging cord―no separate battery charger needed. Onboard indicators display recharging status and remaining power capacity.

The Raptor is machined from 6061 T6 aerospace aluminum, type III hardcoat anodized in a proprietary matte black finish. The barrel is wrapped in ASP's exclusive, all-weather foamed vinyl grip. Premium components include Cree XHP-70 LED, gold-plated connectors, polished aluminum reflector and optical glass lens.

The included 18650 Lithium-Ion battery features an integrated USB-C charge port. This means that in addition to in-light recharging, the battery can be charged on its own, simply by plugging a USB-C cord (sold separately) directly into the cell. We recommend ASP's Retractable cords, or any common, quality USB-C charge cord may be used.
